Side-note: went to the doctors today: Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. That means two weeks of physical therapy. Then lateral release surgery, maybe... hopefully not.

I love me some cowboy cookies :)

"Cream Together

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup butter

Add to creamed mixture

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

Mix together

2 cups sifted wheat flour

1 tsp soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture

Add 1 3/4 cups oatmeal

Add 1/2 bag milk chocolate chips

Bake at 325 for about 8-10 minutes.

Bake until cookies are just golden on the edges. Be careful not to overcook."
