114. April 24, 2010

Um if you thought the last blog entry thingy was bad for having too many pictures,
skip this one...
Sorry but I like them...

As you can tell, we are a lot of help...
As I said, this is my papa.
And to tell you the truth, I could have taken pictures of him ALL day long...

My sister is a freak some days :)

Yep He's pretty cute :)
Sometimes my mom gets on the roof (which is against the rules)
to take pictures, then 'boss' finds out
And then this happens....

Papa's cows (day two)

The necessities of the Jackson family boys

We all liked this calf's face...

The brands...

Sometimes Izzie snuggles me and I like it a lot!

Also sometimes she is really cute :)
Well always actually

It looks rather painful, not gonna lie.

This is the 'hide in the truck and don't let Shelbie take pictures of us' game....
I won :)

She was quiet content with her sucker.

As I said, i love taking pictures of him.
Love it a lot :)
I wish my granny would let me take pictures of her...
she wouldn't.
But I love her too, very much :)
Someday I will get a picture and show you the wonderful person I have the honor of calling my grandma :D
I like when he smiles like this,
I like the smell of my papa, it's wonderful.
And anytime I smell it, I think of him

Yup this is my uncle... he's a weirdy :)

I know you are all jealous of how cute she is, don't worry....
everyone is ;)

I also really like it when he looks serious,
he reminds me of a cowboy from and old western movie...

One of my favorite things about him, are his hands.
I love they are rough with hard work yet soft with a grandpa's love.

I really like these two pictures, he doesn't, but I do :)
I also really love his flannel shirts that he wears no matter how hot it is.

This is one of my favorite from the weekend, why I couldn't tell you.
It just is :)

I also really love when Daeci plays with Iz and she does this :)

Peek a boo!

She was hungry?

These hands have done a lot a work,
given a lot of comfort and
touched the lives of many.

He was being a gentleman and giving hailey his sucker

Sometimes they stick all the children on this truck and make me hold a child,
it was pretty scary...

These two are so so so cute!

Oh lynlee...

Going for a little ride :)

Sham and Tiff's softball game

(I think this is tiff, but I can't decide if it's her or her friend
sorry if it's not you tiff)
This is my cousin's son,
He's a cutie!
I can't make this one turn the right way, so just tilt your head :)
I really like his tan line haha
"Families are like fudge - mostly sweet with a few nuts. "

This song always reminds me of both papa and grandpa bologna

"I remember Daddy´s hands, folded silently in prayer.
And reaching out to hold me, when I had a nightmare.
You could read quite a story, in the callouses and lines.
Years of work and worry had left their mark behind.
I remember Daddy´s hands, how they held my Mama tight,
And patted my back, for something done right.
There are things that I´ve forgotten, that I loved about the man,
But I´ll always remember the love in Daddy´s hands.

Daddy's hands were soft and kind when I was cryin´.
Daddy´s hands, were hard as steel when I´d done wrong.
Daddy´s hands, weren´t always gentle
But I´ve come to understand.
There was always love in Daddy´s hands.
I remember Daddy´s hands, working 'til they bled.
Sacrificed unselfishly, just to keep us all fed.
If I could do things over, I´d live my life again.
And never take for granted the love in Daddy´s hands.

Daddy's hands were soft and kind when I was cryin´.
Daddy´s hands, were hard as steel when I´d done wrong.
Daddy´s hands, weren´t always gentle
But I´ve come to understand.
There was always love in Daddy´s hands."  Holly Dunn, Daddy's Hands

Also this one does too... Not so sure why this one does, but it does

"My dad chased monsters from the dark,
He checked underneath my bed.
An' he could lift me with one arm,
Way up over top his head.
He could loosen rusty bolts,
With a quick turn of his wrench.
He pulled splinters from his hand,
And never even flinched.
In thirteen years i'd never seen him cry,
But the day that grandpa died, I realized:

Unsinkable ships sink.
Unbreakable walls break.
Sometimes the things you think would never happen,
Happens just like that.
Unbendable steel bends.
If the fury of the wind is unstoppable,
I've learned to never underestimate,
The impossible.

An' then there was my junior year,
Billy had a brand new car.
It was late, the road was wet,
I guess the curve was just too sharp.
I walked away without a scratch.
They brought the helicopter in.
Billy couldn't feel his legs.
They said he'd never walk again.
But Billy said he would an' his mom and daddy prayed,
An' the day we graduated, he stood up to say:
Unsinkable ships sink.
Unbreakable walls break.
Sometimes the things you think would never happen,
Happens just like that.
Unbendable steel bends.
If the fury of the wind is unstoppable,
I've learned to never underestimate,
The impossible

So don't tell me that it's over.
Don't give up on you and me.
'Cuz there's no such thing as hopeless,
If you believe:

Unsinkable ships sink.
Unbreakable walls break.
Sometimes the things you think would never happen,
happens just like that.
Unbendable steel bends.
If the fury of the wind is unstoppable,
I've learned to never underestimate,
The impossible"

Well this weekend was branding :)
It was a party, let me tell you.
I finished 3 photo assignments though, and got some pretty good shots....
Let me show you :D
This one is off my phone and not the best, but it is my granny and papa's house, and I like it a lot :)
this is where the children play.... in the back of a truck

Meet addi and lynlee, they are sisters,
and they are definitely Jackson  (because you can give them a stick and they are happy campers for life)

....this is my papa.... I like him... a lot...

I am very jealous of her eyes... very very jealous.....                            and this is grady, he's a cheesemoe.... but a cute one

Sometimes I take pictures of random crap and papa laughs at me haha

see... this is him laughing at me :)
 more random crap...
and fire!!! I love taking picture of fire!

This is hailey, she isn't actually related to use and therefore finds no joy in branding...
actually she's kind of afraid of it.
This is my papa bologna's truck, i think.
It has always reminded me of him.
I love it, like i love him.
I miss him, sometimes more than others,
and today was one of those sometimes...

Remember how I said you could tell if they were Jackson if they we entertained my sticks add whips too
He is definitely Jackson.

I like this old thingy quite a lot. It makes me feel happy :)
Actually I like all old things....
Like this 'out of service' water thingy....

And this thing that points the way the wind is blowing

Oh Izzie, this is her cow outfit...
It's rather cute :)
Her mom saved it just for this weekend!

Addi really likes Iz...
Izzie however isn't so sure about Addi

Oh also you know you are a Jackson if dirt hills entertain you for hours

I like this old tree, and my mom's picture of it

And I really like this picture my mom took...
A lot

Well sorry you just looked though about 40 pictures...
But this is my blog, and i get to make the rules,
if you don't like it...
Sorry 'bout it.

This is my cousin, Emme.
We really have never gotten along, ever.
So I decided to try and fix that...
it's a work in progress...

knock their heads of most of the day, they are your family.
Your only family, so suck it up. Enjoy it while you can."

I hate you, Utah!

"I hate utah!" ~I hear this everyday of my life...

I finished this beautiful book for the 2nd time this school year,
It's amazing,
I love it!

"Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things, if it be wisdom in God that ye should read them, that ye would remember how merciful the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even down until the time that ye shall receive these things, and ponder it in your chearts.

And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.

And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things." ~Moroni 10:3-5

109. April 19, 2010

Well I learned I am easily entertained, very very easily entertained...
I spent probably about 45 minutes (if not an hour) of my class on this chair,
which isn't unusual, but I spent it trying to see how many spins I could get on it....
On this chair (the current champ) 9... yes 9, I'm Pro I know...
It's okay to be jealous :)
